All athletes must have a current physical form on file or turned in by the first day of tryouts. Tryouts are open to all CSAMS students and the following offerings are also open to Explorer Unit (5th grade) students at the CSA Campus: Basketball, Cheerleading, Soccer, and Volleyball.
