Our Leadership

As an education service provider, the mission of CS Partners is education reform. They provide human resources, curriculum and instruction, business and finance, special education, and other services that advance the mission and vision of CSA and CSPA.

Central Michigan University is the authorizer of the CSA District charter and oversees the adherence of the District to the multiple components of the charter. CMU is recognized nationally as a model authorizer and has a rich history in providing students with quality educational options. Without the support of CS Partners or CMU, Charyl Stockwell Academy would not be an option for our bright students.
